Luxottica offers a few options for comprehensive benefits packages. Plus, great eyewear perks.
I am a part time employee so I do not receive any benefits but full time employees do find out benefits hard to beat when looking at other job positions elsewhere. They do have great discounts on products fro employees.
Luxottica has a very full benefits package for full time employees. They offer paid time off and free eye care. The one downside is that our monthly premiums just went up for 2017.
I was an intern so this wasn't offered. I'm not sure what it is for full time, but it did seem like a good benefit package.
Insurance anthem bc/bs good by weekly price, dental Aetna again good price, 401k can't remember what they match fidelity. Holidays standard 6. Pto does add up nicely .
None, time off. Not in it for the pay or benefits
Time off is not as good as other places I've been.
The package choices are not great especially for the price.
Good benefits overall. On par with other large companies. Need to increase the amount of PTO days given since their is no sick time.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
