They don't have one and they penalize you if you do take FMLA leave. Under their policy, it would take a new employee 4+ years to earn enough vacation/sick leave to take 12 weeks leave. Then, they also wont pay part of your bonus that you were on leave (the bonus is 25% of your total compensation). I personally don't see how it's legal that they are able to do that, but they feel they have manipulated the law enough that they won't get in trouble for it.
