Best is overtime is available when you want it. They pay you fairly and have great health insurance.
Total national holidays, vacation and sick days are below average. 401k is only available after the 1st year.
While the scope of the benefits are fairly vast, each is at the bare minimum of requirements. Minimal days off, minimum healthcare (General, Vision, Dental), and restrictions on 401K, and life insurance. All dependant on time employed within the company.
Do not use benefits provided
The benefits are average at best. There is 401k and health benefits, but they are nothing spectacular. The best benefit is working with really nice people and the little team events, and learning of different cultures. Learning about the products was very interesting as well!
will not allow you to contribute to your 401k for a year because they dont have a way to handle accounts they dont contribute to
For a FT mid level manager to executive team manager you receive two weeks vacation up to 15 years, then you get 3 weeks vacation. I believe MSI should match the market, and at 5 years give the employees 3 weeks vacation so that it is competitive with the market.
MSI does not cover any amount for dependent care.
They provide excellent salary and benefits package as per industry standards.
