This is available after one year of employment. M&T will match your contribution up to, I believe, 4%

You won't be paid enough to make meaningful contributions. Well-to-do managers will smile at you and say to put money in the stock option program. You'd like to, I'm sure. 401k matches first 3% contribution 100% and next 3% 50%. So you must contribute 6% to at least get all your "free money". By the way I'm trying to make this 2 stars but this app isn't letting me fix it.

Horrible....its through T. Rowe Price and the options and process is the worst. I had to beg them to take my money and get things setup and it took them forever. When I had to change options, it took even longer and then they did it wrong....not that it mattered because all the options were horrible.
