Great and flexible vacation, sick day, and bank holiday allowances. 401K is generous but still could be better. Health and Dental plans are standard. Also through Perks at Work, there is a fantastic employee discount program which elevated my rating to 5 stars.
The co pay was very expensive
Good work life balance. Inconsistent mgmt. Some are good some are bad. Large structure that makes things purposefully and painfully slow. Health Insurance has huge deductibles...
Vacation package is the best... 401k matching up to 6%, medical could be better
The best benefit was the sick payed time off. That really came in handy when u need the sick time off to yourself and still get payed for it
They have a decent 401k match and a retirement accumulation account after a year. High deductible medical plan, dental.
There really isn't anything wrong with the benefits package, given your current situation in life it might be more or less helpful depending on the size of your family, marital status, etc.
Health insurance is fairly priced and with one of the most popular HMOs in the company’s footprint. After a year of employment you’re able to buy an additional week of vacation on top of the 2-5 weeks you receive based on job title. 401k is matched up to 6% after one year, vested after 5 years. Many departments offer flexible scheduling within reason, making it possible to schedule appointments without using sick or vacation time.
high health deductible, good vision & dental coverage
company perks, 401k, vacations. Vision and dental are voluntary.
