vacation is good. 4weeks off for banking officer.
They offer good 401k, health and overall employee benefits. Their relocation package was awesome as well as the bonus when buying a home in Buffalo
The worst thing about health insurance is there is only one to choose from. We have a high deductible insurance. For individuals its $1500 and for families its $3000. This means, if you are like me who rarely goes to the doctors, EVERYTHING you go to the doctor's for, you will receive a bill. I have been with the company for 4 years, and have never hit the $1500 deductible by the end of the year. Each doc visit could cost around $120 per visit. Your normal yearly visits are included. I am very happy I have insurance though. We also do have 401k with matching up to 3% i believe, employee discount programs, employee assistance programs for free therapy, help with adoptions, etc.
Health insurance benefits for the rank and file were stingy
The benefits package is probably like most companies.
Competitive benefits package, of course not the best one in the industry but is competitive compared to other banks and financial institutions.
I do not use their health insurance but their vacation is fair. You get 11 days off starting and you keep accumulating extra weeks the longer you've been there. You also have the opportunity to buy a week which is nice.
Health Insurance is Consumer Driven High Deductible. It used to be 3 tiers but now it a one size fits all.
Ample paid vacation and sporadic time off
401K match does not begin until you complete 1 year of employment. However, it make senss from the company's perspective
