Employee stock purchase plan lets you apply up to 10% of your salary to buy company stock at a discounted value. 401k is 100% match for first 3% you contribute then 0.5% match for each additional 1% you contribute up to a maximum 6% company match. There is an HSA plan to set aside money for healthcare.
401k was very good, health benefits not so much. High deductible health plan (3k deductible with 7.5k out of pocket max for family). Tough to make your deductible when they pay so low. Paternity leave offered 2 weeks paid.
Health Insurance coverage was generally good. Costs continue to rise every year though, and high deductible is the new norm.

Depending on the job grade, you receive a few weeks off (standard- 3 or 4). Medical- yes, but deductibles are super high. Dental- good only if planning minor work. Vision- they have ut, but never bought it. Vacation- 3 or 4 weeks (15 or 20 days). Sick days- yes. For future parents- 12 weeks maternity leave. 401K- yes, decent match. Paid holidays off. Some miscellaneous employee discounts. But working from home is the toughest one to get, since management doesn't trust the employees.
