Health incentives are a nice bonus and HSA bonuses to complete certain healthy tasks are a great motivator to take care of yourself. You only get 3 sick days/year and that does not increase EVER!
Very expensive, even on the lowest option
401K they match you up to 4% which is nice. Staying with the company long term will always help with commission raises. Heath/Dental insurance is cheap to have monthly.
