“Great discount so you are able to love the products”
“two weeks paid vacation no matter how many hours you work ”
“I've never had it but most people that do say it's amazing ”
Best things: Employee discount is amazing. You also get free product from new collections every month and 2x a year you get to pick your choice of products. Paid some sick time and vacations. After 5yrs of employment you get 3 weeks vacation and after 10yrs 4 weeks. Worst things: Lots of staffing reductions in the last couple years. Medical & Dental benefit are only available to full timers. Full time positions have been cut down to just managers, assistant manager and some 3rd keys. 3rd key positions are now mostly being offered as part time, which mean all the responsibility ( especially in a free standing stores) & no health benefits.
unless you work full time you do not receive any benefits except paid sick time hours which are assimilated.
You have the opportunity to receive vacation time, Health insurance benefits, Sick leave, PTO.
The heath insurance is literally the best! Heath insurance, 401k, dental and vision are just as important as salary in my opinion, It’s very seldom a full time position is available anymore, most full time positions get cut to two part time openings. Vacation is accrued after 90 days, no matter if full time or part time- when you reach 4 years, vacation bumps up and again at 10 years with 4 weeks of vacation. Sick time is also accrued for full time and part time-
I do not get benefits as I am through a temp agency outside of Estee Lauder companies, but I hear it is good
I am part time so the only benefit I receive is vacation time and comp days. We also get a certain amount to spend on products twice a year. If you're full time, you get more.
60% discount off the bat. allowed to buy pro and mac select products, discount is good for life if you leave the company in good standing
if i wanna get off for a day i can work another day instead of that and i don,t want off for long days. i,m gonna get that if it be emergency.
Regardless of the benefit plan you choose the copay , is still pretty much the same amount that you are normally paying on a monthly basis.
401(k), healthcare benefits, vacation days
