Benefits were decent, a little costly for families however. Paid time off was pretty standard of companies in the area as well.
Very little time accrued, sets you up for failure if you have medical issues
Benefit package are poor. They only provide bare essentials.
The best thing are the bonuses!
The health benefits suck. 401k is decent. They also took away sick leave, so what does that tell you?
I wish they had pensions like some of the other companies do. They do have good 401k plan with matching what we put in and definitely good health insurance
You get 10 days of PTO a year to start. 15 days after 2 years. You will never get more then 15 days. No sick days. Health insurance has an extremely high deductible and becomes very expensive if you add on children. 12 holidays at my project (above average). 401K is 50% match of the first 5% and vested over 5 years. 5.5 to 6% bonus base on performance. Overall, not the worst, could be better.
the best thing is that the company matches 401k; however, the health benefits are not good and PTO time is very little.
I was hired through a temp agency, so i saw no benefits. The benefits i heard of were worth it though if you were permanent. How much they take out of checks for them, i dont know
Expensive and no real benefits offered.
