    Great benefits, insurance for employee paid 100% by employer. Dental/Vision plans are great can get PPO or HMO. PPO is awesome.

    Excellent health insurance. The employee's health insurance is covered by MDACC, only need to pay/add dependents to plan.

    The worst thing is that every year copay amounts increase. Also, the percentage for the ER visits increase as well.
