Employees health insurance is no cost but I pay for my dependents. You're vested at 6 years. Most employees over 5 years have about 12 weeks vacation per year. Company pays for burial if you're employed with them

Yes, benefits are free but that doesn't mean your co-pays are free or doctors visits are free. You pay for dental and vision, as those coverages aren't free. This balances out because you have to pay $100 per month for parking plus a mandatory 7% of your pay to Teachers Retirement fund who are impossible to get in touch with when it comes time to retire or leave the company
