Unlimited vacation, which (granted) isn’t literal, but great not having to worry about an extra day or 3 or even 5 if necessary.
MDLIVE pays their employees' insurance coverage.
Ok benefits for a mid size company
great PTO policy. Health benefits could be better for family support
Really horrible benefits. Probably the worst coverage in the industry. Very cheap company not focused on their employees or their wellbeing.
Best - 401K plan Worst - No consistency across the board of employees. Company does not even know their own policy because they never follow it except for those employees that they want to leave.
The best best part is the Health Care benefit through Cigna. The worst would be only 10 days PTO and no Paternity Leave.
Great Medical and Dental plans, and generous 401k match. The only down is Limited PTO, employee paid STD and LTD.
Salary - For most positions, the company pays less than the going rate in comparison. Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurances - Comparable to what other companies typically offer. 401k - If you contribute 4% of your pre-tax salary, they will contribute up to 2%. Instant vesting. Matching seems low in comparison to other companies. Sick Days - Only 3 days a year which is much lower than industry standard. PTO (vacation) Days - 2 weeks each year. 1 Floating Holiday. Short/Long-Term Disability Insurance - Very expensive, much higher than most companies. Depending on age and income, can run several hundred dollars each month. Bonuses and Merit increases - Unless you are in a small group like Sales, bonuses seem to be nonexistent for most employees.
I think the benefits options and cost could have been a little better considering its a company in the medical field however, it was and ok package. But the company is great overall
