Flexible vacation and sick policies!
great health insurance, pension after a year
Best benefit is flexibility to work remotely when needed. Worst benefit is that there is no dedicated time off for bereavement. You have to use your PTO. Also no time off for volunteering or tuition reimbursement.
MDRC has amazing benefits, a lot of vacation time and very good health insurance.
The benefits are so generous. The health insurance covers my whole family for only a small contribution. I don't think I will ever find a benefits package this good again.
They pay a large portion of the health insurance costs for my whole family. They contribute 6% of your salary to a pension plan. They are very generous with PTO.
Great benefits- health, dental, travel, career development
Excellent health insurance plan with little to no deductible and provides great coverage for an entire family.
Best: Health insurance (incl. dental, vision), retirement plan, etc. They cover pretty much everything (can even get legal counsel). Sometimes get free food. Very cheap cafeteria & gym in the building. Flu shot offered last week.
Decent amount of vacation time - 4 weeks - plus 2 weeks of PTO and holidays
