its ok pretyy good not bad ok
Solid benefits package for employees
there were no perks to be reimbursed for wellness (i.e. gym membership, supplements, classes in the area) or incentive to stay healthy
Comprehensive benefits package for employees.
Pros : Insurance is good (although was better before), Time off is good with summer fridays. 401k reduced this year. Cons : Limited clients due to lack of wins, merger worries, IT issues, limited rotation opportunities, tenure doesn't matter as much as other places.
At least there was a package.
MEC has excellent benefits including a bunch of vacation days, great health insurance options and 401K.
Very basic, standard offerings, but trying to do more.
Health and dental don't cover everything but it's not terrible. What is bad is the 401k matching at 50% only. And they only submit the match once a year. So if you leave the company before the year is processed you lose out on the entire years company match.
vacation/time off is good. work perks are also good. maternity package not so great.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
