Amazing benefits for health and PTO
Getting our bonus put into our 401k is helping to plan for retirement
Pro’s: Generous 401k plan and PTO. Cons: Health insurance is expensive to use.

Of the 4 choices for medical insurance, none of them are comprehensive or reasonably priced for the employee. High copays.
In addition to competitive 401K match, they contribute annual profit sharing. Other non-traditional benefits include annual employee-directed charitable contribution, VTO, PTO buy-back (up to two weeks), and student loan payoff program.
