    Dental should cover more. I wish there was a 100% coverage but they offer three plans- 70, 80, and 90%

90% coverage for healthcare is nice. They try to keep premiums down for us. We also get eyecare and dental coverage.

The people I work with are great, but poor planning has left us at a shortage and managers demanding long hours to compensate for hiring mistakes.

MG2's benefit package is very good and in some cases too good. I wish there was an option to just pay for basic health care and not the extra's like Employee Assistance, alternate care, etc. Most really just need medical, vision, and dental.

Pretty standard package in regards to medical and 401(k). Extras: provided company car for company related errands. Lots of employee activities and events. Could be rewarded with tickets for Sounders and Seahawks. Access to Zoo passes.
