Great for local network in Las Vegas, but very limited for help outside (while traveling, covering of dependents not living in LV, etc.).

Benefits are better than nothing... for the health care plan, you have the option of Direct Care, HMO, or PPO. Direct Care is a good option if you rarely get sick or don't have any specific issues. You'll need a referral from your primary care doctor if you need to see a specialist. This can take up to a few weeks depending on your doctor... as for the other plans, you have more freedom to choose specialists, but you'll still have to pay a couple thousand dollars in fees on top of the higher premiums that are deducted from your paycheck. NO paid maternity leave and very little support for new parents. If you're a manager-level or above, you can take up to a month off of paid vacation time. Other than that, you can utilize FMLA, which is 12 weeks of unpaid job protection... but who can afford to take 3 months off unpaid? There is no holiday PTO. If you're a manager, you can utilize FTO, but if not, you will need to use accrued hours. 20% discount on MGM rooms. 401k, tuition reimbursement, are good benefits to have. Overall benefits package is okay, but could be better.
