Health insurance is very affordable under the MGM Resorts Direct Care Plan if your yearly physical shows positive results. As a single person with no dependents, I only pay $20 per paycheck for my plan. Unfortunately vacation days below a certain level are very limited and Holidays are not included. So, if you want a holiday off, you are required to take a vacation day. Maternity leave is also limited to the bare minimum required by law, which is 12 weeks unpaid, unless you are able to apply for disability leave.
