    Depending on the position, paid time off hours are accrued and your total number of hours for the year has sick days and holidays included. So the employee needs to be aware of saving paid time off hours for holidays and sick days.

    It's based on the number of years you have been at the company: Year 0 - Up to 104 hours (13 days) Year 1 - Up to 144 hours (18 days) Year 2-6 - Up to 168 hours (21 days) Year 7-11 - Up to 208 hours (26 days) Year 12 + - Up to 224 hours (28 days) BUT - depending on where you work (department, operations or corporate) you may or may not be able to actually get time off approved. However, you can always cash it out as well.
