Excellent benefits include 20 days of paid time off plus 7 paid holidays; 401K with employer contribution up to a certain percent; short term disability offered; great vision and dental benefits; good health insurance coverage; generous employee stock purchase plan was available while I worked there. Also really great is a monthly allowance of $65 for health and wellness services, many of which you can get on-site, like spa appointments and half hour massages. They also offer free on-site classes including yoga, Pilates, golf stretching, meditation, and dance.

The wellness card is something I have not seen anywhere else
$65 a month given to you (considered taxable) to spend on yoga, fitness classes, even massage, plus a tiered choice of healthcare/dental/vision that you only contribute to minimally. 4 weeks of vacation a year (accrued).
Best is that insurance is a PPO. There isn’t really anything bad about the benefits package.
