Onsite gym; competitive health insurance offerings
Way to high and not very good insurence
The health insurance was always high deductible but also high each pay. The vacation package is sort of weak. Management was pretty good about letting you take vacation when you needed it. The time to start and end the shift was also flexible depending on your position.
Not enough time off - paid holidays are at the minimum. Health care package can be very expensive for families. Employee-only health care price is ok with incentives the company gives - non-smoking, yearly physicals and reporting.
Worst Medical Insurance I have ever had, $6000 deductible and almost $800 a month, 80/20 even after deductible is met.
You become eligible for 401k after a year, health benefits are the lowest level package under Obamacare, medications are not covered.
Company values wellness and contributes to individual employee health benefits, but plans are still pricey and are all HSA's. Good 401k plan after one year, safe harbor plan. Vacation package is poor. (1) week for first two years, (2) weeks after two years, and you don't get (3) weeks until after TEN years.
MPW offered full benefits, but they were the bottom of any benefits I have every had. 70/30 coverage with high deductible and high weekly premiums.
Benefits available in 30 days. MPW has AFLAC for disability.
Limited 401k, few holidays given.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
