    We are paid at our regular rate of pay for one volunteer commitment per year. The benefits packages is fully comprehensive with medical, dental, life, STD, LTD, 401k, gain sharing, and voluntary programs. Part time employees are not eligible for benefits until working 30 hours per week or 1,000 hours/year for 401k - which is very fair. Employee Assistance Program is available to all employees.

    Work life balance is so-so. Insurance has $2500 deductible. Change benefit plan all the time making it difficult to comprehend

    High deductible insurance plan and a regular insurance, 10 vacation, 3 floating days, vacation time is accrued from day one. 401k 2% match, tuition reimbursement, free hr training for employees, if lunch is leftover from the training which happens about 2 to 3 times a week employees can get it free.
