Only high deductible health plans are offered. At leas the company lets you earn just about all of the lower deductible plan in employer HSA contributions.

Several HSA options, but GREAT HSA funding - resulting in very low cost health insurance and good coverage
Health Insurance options are poor
Each year the benefits get lower and lower
Their wellness program is top-notch. You can get up to 90% (I think its 80% after I left). This goes in level of bronze-silver-gold-platinum. Doing the basics on a monthly basis should get you to at least gold, some people have claimed getting platinum in the first quarter. They deposit into a HSA account that is still your money even after leaving the company. Their actual health insurance is high-deductible and average at best.
