There are plenty of options/plans. The co pays are very reasonable along with the In Network physician availability.
The wellness program that MRI offers through Vitality is really easy to participate in and will actually put money into your HSA if you participate. It is super easy to participate in, good incentive for your personal wellness goals, and earning the employer contribution to your HSA is super obtainable. It is basically like making money for healthy habits.
It is nice that you get all your PTO at once at the beginning of the year and there is no difference between vacation and sick days. Paternity leave is a recent addition and was nice to not have to use two weeks of my PTO.
