Great benefits and Paid Time Off
Good benefits with a fair 401k match. Good PTO and time off at the agency if you can utilize all the days.
Nothing out of the ordinary, but the benefits they had were very respectable.
Pretty good benefits package in addition to a decent amount of vacation days and summer Friday's policy.
Plenty of PTO and paid holidays, decent medical, 401(k), and all rest. No equity, of course, but probably slightly above average overall.
Waiting 3 months until benefits go into effect for a company that claims to care about its employees health and well being is hypocritical.
More PTO than I can ever manage to use in a year, plus all major holidays, bonus days in the summer, and the week between Christmas and New Year off. 12 weeks paid maternity. Paid paternity, too, but I'm not sure if it is for 12 weeks (maybe 6?). Medical premiums are reasonable. 50% matched 401k/Roth contributions up to 6% of income. Vests after 2 or 3 years.
Pretty good benefits once you're here for 3 years.
In addition to the accrual of regular PTO as part of the compensation package, employees are given four free days in the summer to take after consultation with the supervisor, and the last week of the year the office is closed!
Extensive time off and great benefits
