There's a big gap between having PTO and being able to take it at MRM. Never felt deprived, but never got close to using all of it. Also, unused PTO doesn't roll over and you can't sell any of it back.
Average vacation and paid time off
Combined with holidays and other special days MRM has a great vacation policy.
When you include all the days off it adds up to around 40 total. Lot's of people don't use it all.
In addition to 18 days of PTO to start, you get the time off between Christmas and New Years, and in Salt Lake you usually get "Summer Fridays," which is four free days off between Memorial Day and Labor Day.
They allow summer days which is great.
