18 pto. 10 holiday. 4 extra summer days. 1 week winter break.
PTO (including sick leave) starts at 18 days, goes up to 23 days after 3 years, then 28 days at the 10-year mark.
18 days starting, plus 4 summer days extra, and usually 2 weeks paid for December holiday break.
PTO is great here. The end of the year, they haven't missed a financial goal which results in the company (SLC office) having 2+ weeks as a PTO bonus for the holidays. Even outside of the bonus, the PTO is a bit above average. You may be too busy to take it, but its their.
The company offers a fair about of paid days off as well as additional bonus Friday leave throughout the summer.
They do PTO (paid time off) which rolls over for a few months. It is good.
