PTO is great. On top of that, you receive days off between Christmas and New years. ALSO get summer days. Health Plan is adequate - probably at the industry standard. A lot of employee discounts, and flexible spending accounts are helpful to save a few extra $. Paternity leave benefits great.
Package is fair and the company truly puts employees' growth as a priority.

The top-tier medical plan through United Healthcare is very affordable compared to other companies. Low deductible as well!
you get your masters paid for, there is a good 401k plan set up. you get all the good insurance like Medicare, eye care, and dental. you also get a good amount of pto off a year.
Best thing is the generous PTO allowances. Doesn't make up for being highly noncompetitive in pay though.
