“Vacation time was pretty good, around 18 days a year and then they went to "unlimited" PTO.”
“United Healthcare was a great insurance.”
“12 weeks at 100% pay”
Good health care options. They just added a high deductible option which works well for single folk. What we have to pay is pretty high though. 401k investment options are good. They have at least one vanguard option with super low fees.
Standard benefits most big companies offer.
2020 and before: fixed PTO days based on years of employment 2021: unlimited PTO days without rollover days to following year or reimbursement for unused days
Health insurance with United Healthcare was really good.
Really good benefits and generous PTO
New "unlimited" pto has potential, but how it's implemented right now seems like it could lead to employees taking less time than they did with the previous (pretty generous) pto offering.
They are okay. Not great, but they are enough to keep people for a year or so. The biggest benefit they offer is working the non-executive staff until they quit, so that executive staff get huge bonuses.
health insurance was just ok
The best PTO after 4 years (23 days) and good health care.
401k match and great PTO plan
