Good coverage, I find very helpful.
Good Insurance Benefits-If you have a child on the way they will fire you before the baby comes to save money.
If you use their benefits package and you are not making a hefty commission, your paycheck will be nothing. The base pay is not much, so taking health insurance, dental, and a 401K is not beneficial.
Okay benefits packages, but great job with the student loan assistance
to high in health for family and messed up to many times on information
MRP offers a typical benefits package - 401K, health insurance, PTO (15 days) etc. The only issue is that their maternity leave is only the standard FMLA - 12 weeks no pay. Hopefully, this is something that can change to compete with other firms!
Benefits aren't all that great, relaxing job but very monotonous
The benefits package is very high cost. They should consider using a different health insurance provider. Provide equity.
offer commission based off of how well you do and health benefits. Average number of PTO
Benefits are good. I used the dental to get all my dental work done. I used the vision benefits to get my prescriptions. I have not enrolled in the health benefits because I'm on another plan that works better for my needs, but the health plans offered were very fair.
