    MSC just changed their health insurance. For the same amount of coverage it is costing me $3000 more a year. The health insurance MSC did have was average before the change now it is below average.

    Great benefits package at a reasonable rate for the individual associate. Their vacation policy is very "cheap" and not open to negotiation.

    MSC went to a health exchange for medical insurance. Therefore we now pay more for insurance and are getting far less coverage. The coverage offered to us during our open enrollment period did not come anywhere close to what we had in the past. Trying to elect something that was decent (but nowhere close to our old coverage) you were looking at ridiculously high premiums. Co-pays are more, deductibles are much much higher and you are still left paying a coinsurance after meeting a high deductible.

    They've recently made positive changes to their benefits and professional development program. A major complaint used to be the lack of schedule flexibility but now associates are able to adjust their schedules with approval from management. Professional development courses are now available for anyone interested in learning a new skill such as Project Management.

    The best is the multiple options that the employee has in choosing their benefits. Of course the lower premiums don't have much coverage and high deductibles.

    Time off decent after 1 year you get 12 days of vacation and 6 sick days. 401K match up to 6%. health insurance went under a MASSIVE change right before i left. Ala carte picking your carrier, level of coverage and pricing. Oh wait, if I want my same carrier and coverage as before the price went up 3x from last year.
