Good 401K and profit-sharing. Free vision coverage. Generous vacation - minimum of 4 weeks. Medical insurance revamped in 2016 to shift more cost to the employee, but still better than what many companies offer. Tuition assistance very minimal.
Basic healthcare and 401k. Healthcare was better but now company is. contributing less. 401k, only match like 80%, other companies I worked for previously marched 100%
Big jump in healthcare costs for US employees in 2016. As for other benefits, there is a broad offering but nothing (vacation, dental, 401k, etc.) stands out as being notable or excellent. For a company that likes to tell employees how important its people are, there is a surprising dearth of professional development opportunities, training, or tuition reimbursement.
