“Insurance covers vision and dental!”
The benefits package seems really comprehensive. But because I was an intern the benefits didn't really apply to me. I was working part-time and as a student didn't really have a need for the benefits package.
Work from home days are a nice benefit but VPs ask you to submit WFH days a month in advance which is ridiculous.
Outstanding vacation, educational, 401k and health benefits packages. There is enough flexibility for people at all stages of their careers.
The company is attempting very hard to keep its employees happy, possibly partly because of the high turnover and the need to keep those who are making it successful there.
It's a good package. Medical and dental fairly comprehensive with many choices. Very good eyecare plan.
Benefits and time off, closed during holidays
The health insurance is good, assuming you go for the premium level. Great vision and dental coverage as well.
Maternity package was decent, better than other PR agencies. But the pay was low and the hours were extremely demanding.
The benefits package is standard and comprehensive
Flexibility to work from home when needed. Flexible hours. Benefits package was pretty standard. There wasn't a lot of incentive to work the hours that were required.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
