Best: Health Insurance is good, Long vacation time, include prior employment years into vacation accumulation. On-site clinic. Worst: Spouse and child benefit depends on birthday of the employee and spouse. If spouse has earlier birthday, employee can not cover spouse benefit.

MTD offers a great benefit package, health insurance with very low employee contribution. 401K & DC retirement plan along with short & long term disability insurance at no cost to employee. One of the best packages I have seen. They care about their employees and it shows in the benefit offerings.
