For individuals just beginning their career, you can choose whatever pieces of the benefit package suit your needs. You are not required to take on the full package.
Health insurance, phone bill paid for.
Vacation was very unstructured, and was entirely based on the workload. Dental, Health and Vision were all included at different cost levels, but very little information was giving in terms of an IRA - in fact, I had to do this digging myself. I wanted to negotiate benefits, but they do not do this.
Company perks are great! Education stipend, office exchange program, maternity leave is generous, unlimited PTO, and more.
The benefits package is average; a fair amount of paid time off, generous holidays
Overtime and unlimited PTO - very much loved bagel Thursday, though there could have been better daily snacks
Unlimited PTO, occasional staff lunches were a plus. Can't personally speak on the health/dental/vision insurance, but have heard from others that it's not great.
MWW allows for unlimited time paid off which is a great bonus during the summer when employees would like a vacation. Interns did not receive this, but hearing of this benefit made MWWPR sound like a great place to work in the future.
I am not enrolled in the healthcare at MWW so I cannot comment on that. But their PTO policy and additional benefits are great! There is unlimited PTO and working from home is not frowned upon. MWW also will help pay for employees to further their education. They also take your passions outside of work into consideration and allow you to volunteer one day out of each month.
Its great, contributes to productivity and quality of life.
