The many benefits show how much MX cares about its employees
MX has a great overall suite of benefits, from cool perks like a stocked breakroom, regular lunches and dinners, and fun company parties, to the essentials like employer-covered healthcare (for the HSA, PPO is partially covered), 401k matching, and life insurance. Parental leave is generous for the area — a full month paid for new moms AND dads, and another two months for moms at partial pay. Pay is competitive, but not the highest in the area.
Unlimited PTO is great. Some don't feel like they can take it. But a lot of people do and I have never heard anyone say anything negative about it.
The food! There are catered breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. There is also a fancy espresso machine, healthy and unhealthy snacks and drinks. And the way the company really tries to make the employees happy. People have started to mention pets and have stayed at home to care for ill pets and I recently heard that MX is looking into pet insurance. Also, they have looked into getting us free or cheap rock climbing. They bought towels and toiletries because people were exercising or playing sports during lunch. Who does that!?!?
Unlimited PTO and Amazing 1st Floor for Families!
Company provided full health, dental and vision benefits as well as 401K matching. Unlimited time off, breakfast on Mon and Wed, lunch on Tues and Thurs, dinner if you stayed after 6.
The majority of the benefits that MX offers are angled at making employees lives easier, so they can focus on the doing the impossible. MX currently offers Laundry service, in addition to everything else listed here.
4% match of the 401k, unlimited PTO, lunches and dinners immensely frequently, snacks and drinks in the fridge, and they also foot the cost of your healthcare plan, dental, and vision!
