They do a pretty good job
MZ Wallace, for all but lacks in management, makes up for in good benefits within the Fashion Industry. They have 401k available with a 50% match up to 6.5%. They are very conscious of healthcare costs and try to look every year for the best plans and I feel that they are generous with their portion. You'll have 5 or 6 sick/personal days, that don't roll over, and you accrue vacation on a monthly basis topping off at two weeks - but good luck taking it all at the same time ;) As a privately owned company by two women, I'm sure of a staffer ever needed maternity leave it would be adequate. You get 6 fee items a year, plus 60% discount. There is a fully stocked kitchen, and catered lunch every Friday.
