Three medical options: High and Low PPO plans and CDHP options
Large deductibles that have been increasing over time, family coverage is pricey.
Recently downgraded to Aetna which resulted in significantly higher out of pocket costs compared to Blue Cross.

Top of the line health care, and while they don't fully compensate for employees as other in the market do - they also don't limit your coverage in any way.
Best health insurance in the market, best treatments, best doctors and no restrictions.
Bad overall don't work for this company
Policy used to be great but they recently forced you to select a high deductible plans in order to take advantage of an HSAs. Additionally, although the premium cost sharing percentage with the company stayed the same, they passed on significant additional cost to the employee because of higher overall premiums.
High co-pays, doesn't seem well administered
It was good insurance. THey downgraded at one point, I think it used to be a lot better.
