You, your spouse, and eligible dependents will receive a 20% discount on most regular-price and sale merchandise (10% on certain items) at any Macy's, Inc. retail operation across the country. This includes all Macy's and Bloomingdale's locations, Bloomingdale's outlets, macys.com and bloomingdales.com. At points throughout the year, associates also receive an "Extra 10%" discount on top of the regular 20% discount - and for additional savings, Macy's associates can still use most of the coupons available our customers - and still add the associate discount to those savings.
The best part is what you learn about the different events and sales that you can then apply your 20% discount to (once a month it would be 30%), thereby making some of your purchases bargains!
The how getting a prepaid card to get your benifits seem unfair
You get 20% discount and Macy's cash for opening new credit card
You get 20% off but not usable on sale items.
When you can't use the coupons for last act or deal or special prices.
You get employee discount when you shop at macy's.
Not the greatest. Only way to receive discount was thru a debit card that we have to load with money. Which was so annoying that i never set up to receive mine
discount only applies if you use your macy's credit card. The good thing about that is that you can preload them and you can stack coupons on the employee discount.
Only issue is the Macy’s card is really a credit card so yes it saves you some money when you open it up. But it’s still a credit card now if you looking to establish it’s a good way. But if not then I would just use your regular money
20% off on top of any promotions/discounts/last act items.
