Health insurance plan used to be great- now it is just sub-par.
My hourly rate couldn't afford the monthly contributions.
No copays. Just coinsurance. 90/10. This is a catch 22 because rates at the healthcare level dictate what you'll pay. Standard copay amounts make services easier to assess prior to seeking help. This coinsurance is their biggest downfall.
You will get a bill for any type of doctor visit (not a copay) until you reach your deductible.

They switched to Cigna and it's a fight to get them to include anything in the deductible. Macy's will pay in on your HSA if you meet certain conditions.
Not affordable for associates at all
Their health insurance is part of a large insurance company plan. You will have to co-pay for some medical services. But, do you get sick that often really? If you do, their health insurance is not that good.
Terrible. 1500 deductible before they will pay anything. This is the better of the options they give you. Its terrible if you have a family
