The benefits package kept changing every year so it was hard to plan for expenses. Compared to the area, healthcare was very expensive. Many companies here pay the majority of their employees health care, Macys covered half. Maternity and paternity leave were very generous and 401k was great. They matched well and at a decent amount. PTO was also very generous at 20 days after your first year.

Absolutely terrible insurance. Sick leave is based off point system and the buddies don’t have the points reduced.
The company increased their time off to 4 weeks and unlimited sick days.
The Health insurance coverage is not great, but the vacation and bonus are decent. Work life balance was very good and rarely and work over the weekend.
The premium were very expensive.
