    As a seasonal i didn't have commission but when you complete your sales goals they give you macys cash which is basically discounts like 3,5 , 10 dollars all depends your goals and if you approve any macys credit cards

    There is no benefits package for PT workers but it’s ok for Ft employees there. Overall not very good

    Worst thing is that for sales asoc you really can't afford the benefits making so little as they pay you. Taking the benefits as a sales person leaves no money for bills.

    There were some benefits available, but I did not look into them too much as a seasonal employee. The employee discounts were good.
