Whether you're an hourly associate or a salaried professional, Macy's offers a comprehensive benefits package designed to enhance your work life and your personal life All of Macy's benefits can be accessed online through our employee website so you can easily monitor and manage the details wherever you are - at home, at work, through your mobile device, or anywhere you connect to the Internet.
In addition to the benefits listed below, Macy's also offers:
Live Healthy Wellness Program - which includes "Know Your Numbers" screening, lifestyle coaching and disease management programs, tobacco cessation programs, flu chot clinics and much more.
Direct Deposit - Your paychecks will get to the bank even if you cannot with direct deposit - even when payday falls on a holiday!
Leave Sharing - Macy's offers a leave sharing program that gives you the opportunity to help a coworker - or for a coworker to help you - by donating paid time off to someone on an approved leave of absence.
PTO is by far the best benefit that is offered to executives. You now get 4 weeks PTO after one year with the company, plus a week of comp time for working extra around the holidays. It does expire at the end of the year, but there's no push back when you try to use it. 401k is also at a 3.5% match now if you contribute 6% and fully vested at 2 years.
The vision plan, but not a deal breaker.
As a fulltime associate you qualify for medical and dental insurance. They also have 401 K.
very good benefits and good plans
I didn't receive a benefits package from Macy's because I was hired as a part time employee. If you work 30 hours or more, then you are eligible for benefits.
I was seasonal so there was not much perks other than the employee discount which isnt something to write home about anyways. Best thing was probably the other people workning there.
Not very many benefits only good thing is 20% employee discount
Employee discount only works if you use store credit card/prepaid card, logged work hours do not include lunch break so one cannot feasibly maintain 40+ for benefits
Only available to full time employee s
Health insurance is the worst I have ever had.High deductibles along with high cost and they do not cover anything.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
