The pay was the best thing
The health insurance package is pretty bad (especially considering the size of the company). The best benefit is work flexibility and the ability to work from home.
Benefits are way too expensive for what you receive
Health insurance is outrageous. High premiums and deductibles.
Employee discount is good
Sure you get 6 weeks maternity leave but it is unpaid unless you are an executive. They tend to not tell you that until it’s too late. Almost impossible to find this information out, so I want others to know.
