able to chose your schedule vacation time off, and even to do a 401k with matching
The best thing about working at that place was the atmosphere and nice customers, can't skip the benefits..they were also great. worth trying for sure
It's been a few years, but Able to stack discount on top of store discounts
Lots of benefits offered, but costs can be high. Overall it’s far better than most company offerings
Not much to benefits being that I am a part time worker. We get 20% off with the use of a Macy's card, and an additional percentage off on certain weekends.
You can't receive any benefits, except for paid time off and unavailability days, if you are not full time.
Health benefits were expensive for very bare coverage. Terrible health plans. I didn't participate in 401k since Macy's was doing bad.
For part time, they only offer PTO and after a few years a 401K
Any benefits that are promised at date of hire will be stripped away if HR can find the loop-holes.
I am not offered any benefits because I am seasonal. I believe you do get sick time, but won't be there long enough to use.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
