    6% matching 401k the 401k is pretty good, a bunch of different of options for Health insurance work from home policy

    Employee Discount 20% off on top of coupons/store promotions. Occassional Additional 10% for employees. No discount at lease shops (ie. Louis Vuitton, Gucci) 20% off Bloomingdale’s and Includes Chanel! No discount at Blue Mercury.

    The health insurance package is pretty bad (especially considering the size of the company). The best benefit is work flexibility and the ability to work from home.

    Sure you get 6 weeks maternity leave but it is unpaid unless you are an executive. They tend to not tell you that until it’s too late. Almost impossible to find this information out, so I want others to know.
