    If you pick the highest level of coverage and you are an executive it is an amazing package. 6 months at 100% for medical leave. Is amazing

    Macy's had no benefits for seasonal employees, whilst some departments were really good with training it was just LUCK if you was placed with a department which actually cared about you.
