Great benefits and great rates.
The benefits package was great.
Can get health insurance for the family. 401K with matching from the company. Paid holidays.
All employees are eligible to participate in the 401K plan, and Madden matches the employee's contribution (I believe it's the first 5%). I think that is very generous! They offer BCBS insurance at a fair price to full time employees. All employees get paid holidays, and full time employees earn vacation time. Perks include fun events, and surprise treats once in a while!
I recently received an offer from iProspect (part of Dentsu) I’ve heard ups and downs about this company. I currently work for a great company and not sure if I should leave. The new opportunity pays a lot more than I currently make. Does anyone have any advice about this company and whether I should take the job or not?

Role at WPP OpenX new company ? I was approached for regional role. I’m still wrapping my brain around the model. Seems good? Always hard to say from ppt slides vs reality. Any thoughts or insights? What’s the culture like? Vision? Leadership? Any pros/cons appreciated
Plenty of options to choose from, but if you have a family it's expensive.
They have very competitive insurance options and prices through BCBS. Uses Davis vision which is pretty common. Overall decent benefits.
401K with company matching, PPO or HMO choices for insurance, bagels on Fridays
Decent health insurance coverage with plenty of individual and family options.
Top notch providers like BCBS, UNUM, VSP. Company pays 75% for medical and 100% for dental. Have added a lot of new offerings over the last few years like FSA, supplemental life and vision.
New benefits in the last couple years (FSA, voluntary life/AD&D). Health/Dental through BCBS. Dental fully paid for employee and dependents. Flex time, summer hours, vacation, holidays and other PTO.
