Awesome benefits from health insurance, to 401K, to paid time off, to gym membership. Generous parental leave in addition to short term disability benefit. Sick days are not separate from vacation days, so nobody calls in sick just so they use rather than loose these days.
Best: PTO starts at 15 days/yr. Worst: management has become stingy removing even the free coffee and once a week donuts
