MagView provides the complete package of benefits, including: health insurance, dental coverage, vision coverage, 401k (with matching), and life insurance ($50,000). There are additional benefits, such as a Starbucks coffee machine in-house, K-cups of all types (in case you aren't a Starbucks fan), bagels, fresh fruit, soda, and other items. Watch out for random lunches and office parties as well.

MagView offers a very comprehensive benefits package, including several opportunities for bonuses throughout the year. Every new full-time employee has to wait for a 90-day period before they are vested, but they have access to all available amenities from that point forward. There are also a lot of unwritten and surprise benefits, like employee nights out, barbecues, dinners, and happy hours.

Very little selection and high premiums. Not feasible. Also, their 401k plan doesn't kick in until three months of FTE.

As an intern I didn't receive any benefits package. I don't think it was needed. Although, we got free bagels, soda and coffee.

I had a baby and paid $10. The benefits are great, they do 401k matching, and are always looking to better the plans to best suit the company and the employees. Not sure if the same applies for new employees with the changes to healthcare these days.
