Worst health care coverage there was at a high premium.
They incorporate the portion of insurance they pay and bonus in to your base pay and make you an offer on total amount like there paying 600$ a year on your insurance so that's like a extra 1$ your making hourly... con .. the amount they pay on insurance and bonus constantly changes and your stuck with little pay
