Healthcare is good and they subsidize most of the cost. Bonuses are given out regardless of whether target is hit (despite policy).
Mahindra USA has a great benefits package. They still pay the majority of the premium for the employee making it very affordable.
No leadership there. LIE LIE LIE and will tell you anything. 4 years and no raise, no vacation days, no paid sick time. One of the worst companies I have ever worked for. Stay away. Forgot to pay me a few times. Happy to have left.
They pay a portion of your health insurance, however they use that as leverage on your base pay at the hiring process. And what they do not mention is the amount they pay slowly gets less and less you you will never see a pay increase. So your stuck with low pay.. same goes for any type of bonus... the document they give you is total pay with bonus so its like your getting paid X amount...... Bonus are never the same. They do not offer LONG TERM DISABILITY.. So so don't get any type of cancer or car accident!

Medical insurance employee cost is low in comparison to other small companies. Company needs to work on other perks/benefits for employees
