They recently reduced it from a 1k out of pocket max to a 3k. Big difference if you are ever sick, go to weekly therapy or physical therapy, or have an expensive prescription. The whole company is young, i guess it's skewed to them. Really nice to have HSA too and the benefits team is really nice - just the actual benefits got decreased.
Most companies only pay for the bare minimum, MailChimp really takes care of their employees. They go above and beyond what is expected of employers in regards to benefits and so much more!
