    16 weeks of paid leave

Covers entire premium for medical insurance.

Only through Empowerment. Fund selection is okay. But a major plus on profit share distribution and 6% matching.

401k program was mostly amazing; based on salary. Medical omitted Kaiser which was a dealbreaker for some folks in CA

Technical Account Manager

Being a woman in tech, I only recently started advocating for myself at work about advancement opportunities. Because of this I wanted to ask this question to my male counterparts. When you have 1:1's with your direct reports and talk about career growth / aspirations what is your managers’ response typically? I’d like to gauge how my experience (negative) differs from others. For instance are you met with blockades, enthusiasm, dread, etc?

Nice package but at a price

Health Insurance has HMO, PPO, and Health Savings Account options, some with no deductible only Out of Pocket Max. Prescription coverage is ok, but could be better with drug options allowed/included. Stock purchase program is very generous as is vacation and holiday pay. Discount programs with other suppliers like Samsung, Apple, GE, and a car purchase program are nice to have. WFH internet/phone reimbursement, parking/transportation reimbursement, brand new M1 Macbooks, and DIVERSITY and INCLUSION make it a really nice place to work. Does seem to be very interested in promoting from within and keeping historical knowledge (i.e. seasoned employees).

The overall benefits package took a hit after the acquisition, and while not bad, is just mediocre at this point. If you're used to the industry standards around equity, 401k matching, and insurance coverage costs, it'll come as no surprise. Not disappointing from that perspective, but a step down in a lot of ways for sure.

Standard intuit benefits. Healthcare is very good and inexpensive. 3 weeks of vacation to start, 1 additional week after 1 year. $1300 wellness benefit, internet and phone reimbursement for remote employees. 6% up to 10k 401k match, access to Mega Back Door Roth.
