The benefits are more than fair.
Best thing: dependents, 401k matching is 6% and there is 10-19% bonus matching (sometimes) Worst thing: Insurance plan is made for 25 year olds. 3k deductible means you're basically paying out of pocket for all tests, anything out of ordinary visit. Zero decent therapists in ATL take Cigna and they just ended the reimbursement plan where you'd get paid back after first 1k of healthcare.. The entire list of recommended therapists (made ad hoc by and for employees, which is awesome!), DO NOT take our insurance...so basically if you are not a healthy 20-whatever year old, or are a person with any mental health issues, you will be paying cash!
I loved working for this company. Most of the people there are amazing. Great perks, matched retirement plan, health, dental, etc.
The benefits are extremely generous! Fully paid health, dental, and vision insurance for me and my family. The dental insurance covers 2 free cleanings (pretty standard), but the plan provider has changed a few times while I've been here... the most recent change caused me to lose my in-network benefits that I get for seeing my regular dentist. Small price to pay, happy with all other insurance benefits.
No bads, just goods. The benefits are out of this world! All insurance is covered by the Company (seriously.) Great Maternity/Paternity leave, excellent bonuses and all the free snacks you can handle.
It's all good. Amazing benefits package.
Great perks, fully covered health/vision/dental, provide life insurance for all employees and great 401k profit sharing.
Best thing is they start immediately and are 100% premium free for the employee AND their dependent!
MailChimp pays 100% of health, vision, and dental insurance for all employees AND our families. The company offers time off for parental leave, sick leave, and bereavement. The 401K with up to 6% matching as well as a profit sharing program makes my future self very happy. overall, the benefits package is quite strong.
Company covers all insurance premiums, matches 401k contributions dollar for dollar up to 6%, four floating holidays a year in addition to vacation, extremely flexible sick leave, work from home options, short term and long term partially paid disability leave
