Best: Parental leave is extremely generous, flexible, and never expires. Health insurance premiums are fully paid by company, with some minor additional health benefits having to come out of pocket. PTO isn't unlimited, but is still pretty generous. Worst: Sick time is extremely limited - 5 days per year. You can pad this with vacation time if you need to, but 5 days is still extremely slim. WFH policy could be more generous and professional development options exist but only in some departments/teams.

Incredible health benefits (fully paid for you and your entire family). Absurdly generous 401k match.

Really good benefits package: insurance, 401k match, and profit-sharing.

The perks are incredible - there's a really bare sick time policy but when it comes to vacation, Mailchimp is fantastic and super understanding.

Pros: 100% employer paid insurance, generous 401k and cash bonus each year, cool office, good paternity and maternity leave (even for adoption). Cons: 10 days PTO/year without option to negotiate, 5 sick days a year, offered insurance options aren’t widely accepted like national insurance carriers, remote work is discouraged, lower pay than industry standard

401k: 6% match, profit sharing at end of year, good fund options.
