Small reimbursements if your obtain a certain degree while working there. It's nice for students saw a lot of good come out of that for employees working and getting an education.
The option of having tuition reimbursement is great- but the max payout is $1,600 per year... not per semester, per year. That doesn't even cover the cost of textbooks/school supplies some semesters.
1/2 expense paid. Total amount increases every year.

The Pharr location is a newer one so no one got tuition assistance. Which is a shame because there were so many hardworking students there during my time.
Working at least 14-16 hours a week and you get tuition reimbursment.
