“It is expensive and does not cover many things. They do match your health saver plan however.”
“I found there to be very flexible and ample PTO”
Great company great benefits. Takes care of employees
It was a very high deductible.
The Educational benefits are outstanding, the health coverage is expensive and does not cover enough.
Only offers 4 weeks maternity leave.
Can we please start a discussion about registered dietitian salaries and how we can fight for more money? Everywhere I go, even places like CHOP are giving us offers that are insulting!! If you are a dietitian ANYWHERE, stop accepting salary offers below $68k..it is not helping our profession. By accepting shit offers you are letting healthcare admins and HR think that we are okay and deserve the trash they pay us. SW make more than we do (not hating, SW is needed!!). We should be equals.
They have generous benefits. Try to negotiate with your boss or HR for more vacation time, conference time and expense, and salary AFTER they offer you the job. You know at that point they want you there, and you have a bit of the upper hand.
Full and part time(20hrs) employees are eligible for benefits. Health insurance is pretty good, 401k matches up to only 3-4 percent. Life insurance. Dental and vision coverage. Tuition reimbursement is up to 2,000 per year. Initial certifications are not covered and getting approved to be reimbursed for continuing education credits is challenging and not always approved. Hollidays and sick leave and bereavement all come out of pto bank. Getting vacation time is challenging in the summer
Good health insurance plans for employees
When I started they offered a pension. That was phased out but those already in it could remain. The 403b is excellent.
Decent benefits for you and your family.
Best thing is the benefits that I received
